Terms of Service

Grid Report is an automated tool that reviews a bank statement and produces a readiness assessment for a chosen visa category. It checks your statement against common financial expectations (such as balance levels, statement age, and income patterns) and highlights things that may need attention.

Grid Report is an informational tool only. It is:

• Not immigration or legal advice, and not a substitute for a qualified immigration adviser or lawyer.
• Not a guarantee of visa approval. A positive assessment does not mean your visa will be granted.
• Not affiliated with any embassy, consulate, high commission, or government body.

Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy or immigration authority, at their own discretion, based on their own criteria. We have no influence over those decisions and are not responsible for them. Visa requirements also change frequently, always confirm the current requirements with the official authority before you apply.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree that you will:

• only upload statements that belong to you, or that you have clear permission to submit;
• provide accurate information, including a valid email address;
• not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose;
• not upload another person's financial data without their consent;
• not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

We may suspend or decline service if we reasonably believe these Terms are being breached.

A report costs ₦2,500. We show you a free preview of what we detected before you pay. You only pay to unlock the full report.

• If you pay and your report fails to generate, you are entitled to a full, automatic refund. You do not need to do anything to qualify, though you can contact us with your transaction reference to speed things up.
• Once a report has been delivered to you, the sale is final and no refund is due, because the report is a digital product that is delivered and consumed immediately.
• Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the funds.

A disappointing assessment (for example, a "Not Yet Ready" verdict) is not a fault in the report and is not grounds for a refund, the report did its job by telling you where you stand.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. While we work to make the analysis accurate, automated tools can make mistakes, and we do not warrant that the report is error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular visa application.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grid Report is not liable for any visa refusal, delay, cost, lost opportunity, or other loss arising from your use of the Service or any decision you make based on a report. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the report in question.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
